Delivery Times

For France, the delivery is made by Colissimo (delivery without signature of the recipient; 48 hour delivery subject to delays*).
The deliveries towards FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES are made by Colissimo Overseas Export (72 hour delivery subject to delays*).
The deliveries towards the European countries (see Secondary 1) are made by Colissimo Export International (48 hour delivery subject to delays*).

(*) the announced delivery deadlines are to be considered the date of the orders by i. Management, that same day for the orders validated before 12 am, and the next day otherwise. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. The orders are not delivered on Saturday and Sundays.
The announced deadline does not take into account cases of force majeure which can prevent the delivery in the times (bad weather, momentary break, delay by customs for foreign and overseas territories), nor from problems attributable to the carrier, nor those due to the mistake of the buyer (incorrect or incomplete address). All claims must be received within ten days from the date of confirmation of the order.

i.Management gives to the buyer a tracking number when the order is shipped and the buyer can track the shipment any time through Colissimo.
When the article is available it will be sent within one business day after receipt of your order and payment.
If the product is not available, the customer is notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone of the estimated delivery date.

For certain destinations, i. Management can use other shipping companies other than Colissimo to deliver the package. i.Management will communicate to the buyer the information needed to track the package.

Conditions of Returns

1/ Returns and exchange

xcept the right of withdrawal and legal safeguards mentioned above, any product returned shall be subject to the prior approval of i.Management and meet the conditions required by it. Without prior agreement and / or compliance with the conditions of return, any package will be refused and shipped back to i.Management the sender’s expense.

With regards to the exchange of products, your returns may be sent at your expense up to 7 days after your delivery. The amount of reshipping fee is fixed and varies according to the country of the recipient. We will reship the exchange the day after their receipt at our premises.
No exchange will be accepted after this period of 7 days. We do not accept opened boxes.

2 / Parcel returned and unclaimed

Les colis non réclamés par les clients sont retournés chez i.Management par le transport après une quinzaine de jours en bureau de poste.i.Management envoie alors un message au client pour l’informer du retour du colis. La réexpédition du colis est la charge du client et correspond au frais réellement engagés par i.Management.
